FC Epitsentr Kamianets-Podilskyi (Ukrainian: Футбольний клуб «Епіцентр» Кам'янець-Подільський) is a professional Ukrainian football club from the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. The club's name "Epitsentr" is after the Ukrainian brand of home improvement wholesale stores Epitsentr K. Beside association football, the Dunaivtsi club also fields its professional futsal team Verest.
The team set to playing in Ukrainian Premier League after being promoted in 2024–25. The same year the Epitsentr officially moved from Dunaivtsi to Kamianets-Podilskyi. The club was formed back in 1960 as Kolhospnyk Dunaivtsi, part of the Kolos sports society.
The team was founded in 1960 as a football team of the local Kolhospnyk sports society that represented republican level agrarian trade unions. Right before dissolution of the Soviet Union, the team was adopted the local textile factory, hence the name Tekstylnyk.
In 2019 the club gained a new sponsor of the Ukrainian national brand Epitsentr that owns a network of home improvement retail stores. Epitsentr retail stores started out by a family who is a Khmelnytskyi Oblast native. The coaching staff was headed by Badlo brothers who replaced another coaching team of Ihnatyev brothers which managed the club ever since the club competed under the INAPiK brand. The club's name INAPiK has derived from a local construction company INAP.
Epitsentr received professional status and debuted in the Ukrainian Second League in the 2020–21 season. Following the first season at professional level, the club finished among the leaders of its regional group placing 4th.
